Strausburgs celebrate 25th
Jerry and Linda Strausburg, Portland, are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary today.
Jerry married Linda Ramsey on Dec. 22, 1985, at Portland Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Lee Rose officiating.
Linda retired from Wes-Del High School in Gaston after teaching English for 35 years and Jerry retired from Portland Forge after 36 years as a CNC operator.
They are the parents of Joni Penrod (husband: Todd), Sheri Ludy (husband: Max) and Kristi Pryor (husband: Toney), all of Portland, Brian Ramsey (wife: Tammy), Muncie, and Shon Strausburg, Old Town, Fla. They also have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The couple celebrated earlier this year by taking an overland tour to the New England states.[[In-content Ad]]
