Longtime Jay County residents Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Strohl, 878 North 800 East, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary of Sunday with a family dinner.
Hugh married Alice Loy on Oct. 26, 1958, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Portland.
Hugh is owner of Strohl Appliance and Electronics in Portland and Alice is co-owner.
The couple are the parents of Mrs. Randy (Debi) Gillespie, Portland, and Mrs. Doug (Angela) Florence, Coldwater, Ohio.[[In-content Ad]]
