Survey on the way
In review
Students in Jay County will be taking a survey in March on alcohol, tobacco and other drug use conducted by the Indiana Prevention Resource Center.
The survey is conducted in public and private schools throughout Indiana and is funded by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
Parents who wish to inspect the survey form may do so, according to Nancy Berry, R.N., health services coordinator for Jay School Corporation.
Copies of the survey to be given to students are available at Jay School Corporation central offices, 1976 W. Tyson Road, and at West Jay Middle School, 140 Highland Ave., Dunkirk.[[In-content Ad]]
