Helen Meyer
Helen Diane Meyer, 52, Indianapolis, died Tuesday at her home. She was the daughter-in-law of Geneva residents.
Born on Oct. 10, 1955, in Jonesboro, Ark., to Arthur N. and Elsie Marie (Fowler) Davison, she was a 1974 graduate of George Washington High School in Indianapolis.
She was married on Oct. 1, 1994, in Indianapolis, to Pieter Hubert Meyer Sr., who survives.
A former employee of the Marion County BMV License Branch and the Marion County Health Department, she attended Lafayette Heights Church of Christ in Indianapolis.
Surviving besides her husband are her father, Arthur N. Davison, Indianapolis; three sons, David Mattox and Pieter Meyer Jr., both of Indianapolis, and William Meyer, Las Vegas; a daughter, Armenta Numan, Spencer; two sisters, Brenda Radigan and Niki Swallow, both of Indianapolis; her father and mother-in-law, William and Josephina Meyer, Geneva; and eight grandchildren.
Services are Monday at 1 p.m. at Lafayette Heights Church of Christ, 2986 S. Roena St. in Indianapolis with Ron Capps officiating. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Visitation is Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are begin handled by Downing and Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva.

Paul Ahlers
A funeral Mass for Paul Cletus Ahlers, 76, Celina, Ohio, was held Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. The brother of a Fort Recovery woman, he died Sunday at The Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford, Ohio.
Born June 22, 1931, in St. Henry, Ohio, to William Henry and Regina (Ebbing) Ahlers, he was married on June 21, 1975, to Mabel Ayett who died on Oct. 30, 1992.
Surviving are two brothers; a sister, Mary Lou Osterholt, Fort Recovery; and five stepgrandchildren.
W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio, was in charge of the arrangements.
Burial was in St. Henry Catholic Cemetery in St. Henry.
