Ross and Dorothy Timmons
Ross and Dorothy Timmons, 306 E. Elder St. in Portland, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary today.
Ross married Dorothy McClung on May 23, 1942, in Portland.
Dorothy retired as manager of Indiana & Michigan Electric and Ross retired from Sheller Globe.
They are the parents of two children, Michael Timmons, Clermont, Fla., and Nancy Green (husband: Mike), Fort Recovery. They also have four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration for the couple will be held at the McClung Family Reunion.
