Tipton, Homan to wed
Abby Tipton and Tom Homan are planning a Sept. 8 wedding.
Abby is the daughter of Doug and Deb Tipton, Portland. She is a 1998 graduate of Jay County High School and graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in English education. She is also a 2012 graduate of IUPUI with a master’s degree in library and information science and is a library/media specialist at East Jay Middle School in Portland.
Tom is the son of Rick and Ginny Homan. He is a 1997 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and works in maintenance at J & M Manufacturing, Fort Recovery.[[In-content Ad]]
