Tour set for Loblolly Marsh
Taking Note
A tour of the Loblolly Marsh in rural Bryant will be held Saturday, Sept. 1. Anyone wanting to participate may meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Limberlost State Historic Site in Geneva to listen to an overview of the Limberlost wetland restoration projects.
Visitors will then travel to Loblolly Marsh to learn about the native plants and animals that live there. Following the tour, a “Creature Feature” will begin at noon in the Loblolly Marsh Pavilion and will feature the turtle.
