Donald Mills
Donald W. Mills, 59, Albany, died Sunday morning at his residence. He was the father of a Jay County resident.
Born in Shelbyville to James and Catherine (Hoyer) Mills, he graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1962.
Retiring in October, 2002, as a master mechanic at Ruan Leasing, Yorktown, for 40 years, he was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God.
Surviving are his wife of 13 years, Karen; four sons; four daughters, including Mrs. Steve (Julie) Winkley, Knox Township; a brother; nine grandchildren; and three nieces.
Services are Wednesday at Glad Tidings Assembly of God, 3001 S. Burlington Drive, Muncie, with the Rev. Kevin Holt officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Meeks Mortuary, Muncie, and Wednesday one hour prior to services at the church.
Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Delaware County or Glad Tiding Assembly of God, Muncie.
Eugene Barga
Eugene W. Barga, 75, Union City, Ohio, died Monday morning in Center of Hope Nursing Home, Union City, Ohio, following an extended illness. He was a former Jay County resident.
Born on July 5, 1927, to Alva C. and Ellen U. (Bulcher) Barga in Versailles, Ohio, he served in the Korean War with the U.S. Air Force. He married Pauline Fonderhide on Oct. 13, 1962. She died in 1997.
He retired from Chrysler Air Temp, Dayton, Ohio.
Surviving are three brothers, George Barga, Wayne, Ohio, Richard Barga, Union City, Robert Barga, Greenville, Ohio; four sisters, Mary Newman and Betty Wray, both of Winchester, Mrs. Sylvester (Alice) Guggenbiller, Fort Recovery, and Mrs. Dale (Rose) Pursley, Greenville, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
Services are Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Brockman and Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery with Deacon John Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Gettysburg Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio.
Visitation is Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until services begin at the funeral home.

Services are pending at Brockman and Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, for Jerome H. “Zeke” Zehringer, 77, 3279 Ind. 49, Fort Recovery.
