Vorheeses mark 50th
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Vorhees, Geneva, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Bearcreek Farms with their family and friends on Saturday, Dec. 27.
Arthur Vorhees married Anna Hirshey on Dec. 31, 1953 at EUB Methodist High Street Church.
He is a retiree from Franklin Electric, and she is retired from the South Adams School District. They are long-time residents of Geneva and members of High Street Methodist Church, Geneva.
The couple are the parents of Linda Landfair, Portland; Phil Vorhees, Geneva; and David Vorhees, Berne. They also have eight grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
