Accused of possession
A Dunkirk man was arrested this morning after police allegedly found marijuana in his home.
Matthew A. Hale, 28, 357 E. Ohio St., Lot 9, was arrested by Dunkirk police for possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors.
Police used a search warrant to search Hale's home this morning. They allegedly found marijuana and prescription medications not prescribed to him.
Hale was released from the Jay County Jail this morning on a $4,500 bond.[[In-content Ad]]
