Pleads not guilty
A Fort Recovery man recently pleaded not guilty in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Craig A. Kaiser, 18, pleaded not guilty Nov. 10 to failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a third degree felony.
His $25,000 bond was modified to an unsecured bond and he was placed on house arrest. He is prohibited from driving, and is only allowed to leave home for school, work, meetings with his attorney and court dates.
On Oct. 15, he allegedly fled from an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper. The pursuit near Fort Recovery reached speeds of 75 mph, police said.[[In-content Ad]]
