Longtime Jay County residents Mr. and Mrs. Ed Williams, 2584 S. U.S. 27, Portland, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday.
Ed married Kay Spencer on Sept. 14, 1958, at First Methodist Church in Portland (now Asbury United Methodist Church) by the Rev. Virgil Bjork.
Ed and Kay are both retired from Williams Auto Parts Inc., Portland.
They are the parents of Rocky Williams, Portland, and Mrs. Vernon (Tammy) Piercey, Indianapolis. They have four grandchildren.
