WJMS awards students (04/04/08)

Students of the Month for March were recently named at West Jay Middle School.

In sixth grade was Kaylee Rodeffer, the daughter of Kristy and Jon Rodeffer.

In seventh grade was Lee Mock, the son of Rick and JoAnn Mock.

In eighth grade was Marissa Murrell, the daughter of John and Rita Murrell.

Making the all A honor roll in sixth grade was Takoa Knight.

Sixth grade students making the A-B honor roll were Brea Burcham, Dayne Byrge, Rylee Clemmons, Kimbra Edwards, Jesse Finnerty, Brooke Hurst, Jonathan Lowe, Evan Masters, Toby McCallister, Chaz McClain, Ashley Motter, Ashley Rowles and Kat Wilson.

Making the all A honor roll in seventh grade was Laura Morrison and Shelby Wendel.

Students making the A-B honor roll in seventh grade were Tyler Back, Kennedi Craw, Blake Crouch, Jason Farmer, Lainlee Flowers, Audrey Hall, Courtney Knight, Tasha McCowan, Megan Price, Cody Schaadt and Clayton Scott.

Eighth graders making the all A honor roll were Devin Conatser, Aaron Helm, Megan Roush and Matt Shrack.

Making the A-B honor roll in eighth grade were Jessica Chittum, Alexis Doughty, Dylan Friddle, Chance Fuller, Morton Garringer, Cax Lawhorn, Mackenzie McIntire, Tiffany Moore, Marissa Murrell, Danielle Newsome, Jessica Ooten, Melinda Penrod and Dustin Selvey.

Applications for the Glen D. Peters Law School Scholarship are available by calling Wes Schemenaur at the Jay County Prosecutor's Office at (260) 726-6980. Applicants must be enrolled in law school.
