Story time for children is held from 10:30 to 11 a.m. each Friday at Fort Recovery Library.

Activities at Minnetrista
Visit the exhibits at Minnetrista this fall or register to take a class. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
A Message on Passenger Pigeons by Joel Greenberg will start at 7 p.m. on Nov. 10. Greenberg will be talking about his book, “A Feathered River Across the Sky.” The event is free. An exhibit marking the 100-year anniversary of the extinction of passenger pigeons will begin Nov. 1.
A workshop to create glass fusing holiday ornaments is scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 13. Attendees will be able to create two ornaments that will be fired in a kiln. Registration deadline for the workshop is Nov. 9. The cost is $35 and member discounts apply.
An indoor farmers market will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 15 in the Center Building.
Water’s Extreme Journey exhibit continues through Jan. 4. Developed by marine life artist Wyland, the exhibit explores the science behind the water cycle.
View oil, pastels and watercolor paintings from 45 Indiana and Ohio artists at the Painting Indiana III: Heritage of Place exhibit through Nov. 30.
Artifacts of children who grew up in East Central Indiana are on display at the Heritage Collection Gallery: Step into Childhood exhibit. The exhibit runs through December.
