Kelly Hartke and Justin Budde and planning a Nov. 22 wedding at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Maria Stein, Ohio.
Kelly is the daughter of Samuel and Sandy Hartke, Maria Stein. She is a 2009 graduate of Marion Local High School and a 2012 graduate of Rhodes State Community College.
She is employed at Mercer Osteopathic in St. Henry, Ohio, as a certified medical assistant.
Justin is the son of Jeff and Alice Budde, Portland. He is a 2007 graduate of Jay County High School and is plant manager at Pioneer Packaging in Portland.
