Couple to wed Sept. 20
Lacey Bechtol and Kyle Tipton are planning a Sept. 20 wedding.
Lacey is the daughter of Carl and Karen Bechtol, Fort Recovery. She earned an associate’s degree in early childhood education and is a preschool teacher at Stepping Ahead Learning Center.
Kyle is the son of Scott and Gail Tipton, Portland. He is a graduate of Jay County High School and is employed at Cooper Farms Processing Plant.
