Dealing a controlled substance
A Portland woman was arrested Tuesday on a Jay Circuit Court bench warrant for dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance, a Class B felony.
Felicia Hicks, 33, 214 E. Race St., Apt. 1, faces the charges after allegedly dealing Clonazepam to a confidential informant for the Jay County Drug Task Force in July 2013.
She was allegedly selling the drug from her car in Portland.
A warrant was issued for her arrest July 31.
She was arrested at 1:14 p.m. and booked into Jay County Jail, where she remains under a $30,000 bond.
