Pleaded guilty
Robert Morgan, 36, no address available, entered a plea of guilty in Jay Circuit Court to dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a Class B felony. Four charges of dealing in a narcotic drug, all Class A felonies, were dismissed. He was sentenced to 15 years in Indiana Department of Correction. Morgan was given credit for time served from the date of his arrest on January 12, minus four days of good time credit. He was assessed court costs of $168.50, along with $200 in drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and corrections fees. In addition, he was ordered to pay $693 in restitution.

Christina Morgan, 41, no address available, entered a plea of guilty in Jay Circuit Court to dealing in a narcotic drug, a Class B felony. Charges of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a Class A felony, and two charges of dealing in a narcotic drug, Class A felonies, were all dismissed. She was sentenced to 12 years in Indiana Department of Correction. Six years of her sentence were suspended, and she was given credit for time served from her arrest date of January 13, minus five days of good time credit. She was assessed court costs of $168, along with $200 in drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and corrections fees. In addition, she was ordered to pay $400 for a Jay Superior Court substance abuse program and $693 in restitution. She will be placed on formal probation for six years following the completion of her sentence.
