Rape
A Portland man was arrested for rape Tuesday.
Izaha Baker, 18, 216 E. North St., was arrested on a Jay Circuit Court bench warrant for rape, a Level 3 felony.
He was booked into Jay County Jail at 9:36 a.m. and is being held on a $30,000 bond.
