Felony arrests
Battery
A Dunkirk woman was arrested Monday for battery.
Garnet Lynn Arnold, 31 Leisure Lane, Apt. 11, was arrested on three charges of battery, two of which were Level 6 felonies and one of which was a Class B misdemeanor. She was also arrested for public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
She was booked into Jay County Jail at 6:30 p.m. and is being held on a $4,500 bond.
Probation violation
A Portland man was arrested Monday for violating probation.
Blake William Price, 6604 W. 400 South, was arrested on a Jay Superior Court bench warrant for violating probation.
He was booked into Jay County Jail at 10:25 a.m. and was released Monday on a $10,000 bond.
