Dealing
A Portland woman was arrested Tuesday evening on a Jay Circuit Court bench warrant.
Christina Morgan, 41, 695 S. Western Ave., is charged with three counts of dealing in a narcotic drug and a count of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a Class A felonies.
She was arrested and booked at 10:02 p.m. into Jay County Jail, where she remains under no bond.
