Jay County will get another crack at Leo.
The Patriot boys basketball team defeated the Bluffton Tigers 49-30 tonight in the semifinal round of the Allen County Athletic Conference tournament.
Leo defeated Woodlan 93-62 in the other semifinal, setting up a rematch with Jay County (10-2). Leo (13-0) won the Dec. 19 game 44-41 in Leo, and the they will meet again at 6 p.m. Saturday at South Adams.
For the second straight night, Jay County sophomore Jay Houck led all players in scoring, this time pouring in 17 points. Justin Dirksen followed with 12 points.
Kevin Moser paced the Tigers with 12 points, all of which came by way of the 3-pointer.
