Dealing
A Portland man was arrested Friday on a Jay Circuit Court bench warrant.
Chad Flowers, 30, 2311 S. Como Road, is charged with three counts of dealing in a schedule III controlled substance, all Class A felonies, and dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony.
The charges stem from the summer and fall 2014 when Flowers allegedly sold drugs to the Jay County Drug Task Force in a Portland family housing complex on four separate occasions.
He was served the warrant at 11:20 p.m. while serving time in Jay County Jail for a previous operating while intoxicated charge.
Flowers is being held at Jay County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
