Reporter joins CR staff
Business roundup
Devin Zimmerman has joined the staff of The Commercial Review as a reporter.
Zimmerman, 25, graduated from Ball State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism specializing in magazine writing and a minor in film.
While attending Ball State University, Zimmerman wrote for Ball Bearings, the school’s student run magazine, and interned at NUVO magazine in Indianapolis.

The company employs 142 people currently.

Ribbon-cutting
The Jay County Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. Thursday at The Flower Nook, 111 E. Main St., Portland, to welcome the shop’s new owners.
