Scott, 26, Portland, operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .15 percent or more, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended, He was given two days credit for one day served, He was assessed $168.50 in court costs and a $200 alcohol and drug fee. He was placed on formal probation for one year. The court recommended to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that his license be suspended for 90 days. Under a plea agreement, charge of failure to stop after an accident to an unattended vehicle was dismissed.
Adam C. Mock, 29, no address available, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in jail. He was given credit for 42 days for 21 days served. He was fined $100 and assessed $168 in court costs.
Robbie B. Roby, 32, Indianapolis, carrying a handgun without a license, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .8 percent or more, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail on the first charge with all but four days suspended. He was given four days credit for two days served, must pay a $200 alcohol and drug fee, and must pay a $400 substance abuse program fee. The court recommended to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that his license be suspended for 90 days.
Ernest M. Fifer II, 41, Redkey, possession of marijuana enhanced to a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail with all but 120 days suspended. He was two days credit for one day served, with the remaining 118 days to be served on home detention. He was assessed $168 in court costs, must pay a $200 drug abuse fee, and mut pay $400 substance abuse program fee, He was placed on formal probation for 8 months.
Desheya D. Swaby, 20, Upland, battery resulting in bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in jail served consecutively to her sentence on another charge. All but 72 days were suspended. She was given 72 days credit for 36 days served, assessed court costs of $168, and placed on formal probation for 8 months.
Justin L. Myers, 27, no address available, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to six months in jail to be consecutive to earlier sentences on other charges. He was given two days credit for one day served, with the remaining days to be served upon the completion of his sentence in Adams County. He was fined $100 and  assessed $168 in court costs. The court recommended to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that his license be suspended for one year. Also on a charge operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with two days credit for one day served. The balance is to be served upon completion of a sentence in Adams County. He was fined $100 and assessed court costs of $168.50. He must also pay a $200 alcohol and drug fee. The court recommended to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that his license be suspended for 90 days.

He was given two days credit for one day served, was assessed court costs of $168.50, must pay a $200 drug and alcohol fee, and must pay a $400 substance abuse program fee. He was placed on formal probation for one year.
