Felony arrests
Resisting
A Dunkirk woman was arrested on a Level 6 felony battery charge after she allegedly resisted police Thursday evening when being served a bench warrant on a misdemeanor theft charge.
Kristy A. Bishop, 34, 143 Orange Ave., is being held in Jay County Jail under $1,000 bond.
Bonds out
Erin Harris, 47, 3848 N. 650 West, Pennville, was released Thursday from Jay County Jail after posting $15,000 bond on a Level 5 felony charge of battery.
He had been arrested on Thursday by Jay County Sheriff’s Office on a Jay Circuit Court bench warrant.
Decatur arrest
Matthew D. Taylor, 23, Geneva, and Ashley R. Jarrett, 27, Bluffton, were arrested May 8 at the Matador Inn in Decatur on Level 5 felony charges of dealing in methamphetamine.
Both were being held under $7,500 bond at the Adams County Jail.
