Two felonies
A Portland woman was arrested Monday on two Level 6 felony charges.
Ginger Lynn Denney, 53, 4539 W. 350 South, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.
She was booked at 10:03 p.m. into Jay County Jail and remains there under a $4,500 bond.

Warrants served
An Adams County man was served two Jay Circuit Court warrants around noon Monday for felony charges.
Edgar Pimentel Jr., 346 Summerset Drive, Berne, was in Adams County Jail for possession of heroin when the Drug Task Force served the warrants.
The first, issued Oct. 27, was for one count of dealing in a look-alike substance and two counts of dealing heroin, all Level 5 felonies. A task force informant allegedly purchased heroin or a look-alike substance from Pimentel three times in early 2015. The second warrant, issued Oct. 28, was for possession of heroin, also a Level 5 felony.
Pimentel remains in Adams County Jail. The bond for the two Jay County warrants totals $35,000.
