Parent meeting upcoming
There will be a mandatory parent meeting for Jay County’s boys basketball, boys swimming and gymnastics teams at 7 p.m. Thursday in the JCHS library. Following that meeting as well there will be individual team meetings at approximately 8 p.m.
If a parent attended the parent meetings for the fall sports seasons, please skip the 7 p.m. meeting and attend the 8 p.m. session.

Register now for Boomer leagues
Registration is ongoing for Boomer volleyball and basketball leagues.
Basketball is open to boys and girls ages 3 through 14, while volleyball is open to boys or girls from 8 to 14 years old.
Cost for either is $45, and games will be played on Saturdays beginning Dec. 5 and lasting until Jan. 16.
The deadline to register is Saturday.

Challenge ends Nov. 28
The Adams County Run/Walk Challenge concludes with Nov. 28.
The final race is the Rainbow Lake 5K. The race will begin at 10 a.m. Nov. 28 at Limberlost Cabin in Geneva.
