Felony arrests
Multiple charges
A Portland man was served four Jay Superior Court bench warrants early this morning, including two for felonies.
Corey A. Bellis, 20, 2284 W. Indiana 26, was arrested for possession of a narcotic and possession of a syringe, both Level 6 felonies. He was also arrested on misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicating and endangering a person and driving while suspended.
He was booked into Jay County Jail at 12:18 a.m. and is being held without bond.
