Local notes
Run Jay County continues Oct. 10
The Run Jay County 5K Circuit continues with the Loblolly Marsh 5K on Oct. 10 at Loblolly Marsh Nature Reserve in Bryant.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the race set to begin at 9:30 a.m.
Cost is $20, and those who pre-register will receive a shirt. The price increases to $25 on race day, and a shirt is not included.

Friends of the Arts to host 5K
Fort Recovery Friends of the Arts will host a Run With The Music 5K on Oct. 17.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Fort Recovery Museum, and the race will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Cost is $22, and the price includes a shirt. Registration without a shirt is $15, and the price will increase to $18 on race day.

The Adams County Run/Walk Challenge continues with the Callithumpian Canter 5K.
