Wrestling clinic is today
The one-day clinic is open to wrestlers in sixth through 12th grade, and will be today at Blackford High School, 2392 N. Indiana 3, Hartford City.
The first session is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the second is from 2 to 4 p.m.
Cost is $10, with free admission for coaches and parents.
Former Alma (Michigan) College wrestler Victor Sosa will be the clinician.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for Jay County’s girls basketball, girls swimming and wrestling teams at 7 p.m. Thursday in the auditorium. Following that meeting will be individual team meetings at approximately 8 p.m.
A meeting for the Patriots’ boys basketball, boys swimming and gymnsastics teams will be at 7 p.m. Nov. 19 in the JCHS auditorium. Following that meeting as well there will be individual team meetings at approximately 8 p.m.
If a parent attended the parent meetings for the fall sports seasons, please skip the 7 p.m. meeting and attend the 8 p.m. session.
