Drug charges
A Portland man was arrested Monday on several drug-related charges, including two felonies.
Jordan M. Lemaster, 20, 640 Floral Ave., was arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of heroin, both Level 6 felonies. He was also arrested for possession of paraphernalia.
He was booked into Jay County Jail at 10:01 p.m. and is being held without bond.
