Forthofer's celebrate 50 years

Richard and Janice Forthofer, 5570 E. 200 South, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner, followed by an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Romer’s Catering, 321 S. Eastern Ave. in St. Henry, Ohio.
Richard married Janice Clune on Oct. 30, 1965, at St. Rose (Ohio) Catholic Church.
Janice is a pharmacy tech at Kaup Pharmacy in Fort Recovery and Richard retired as a firefighter for the city of Dayton, Ohio, and as a dairy farmer.  
They are the parents of Kimberly Braun (husband: Jim), Coldwater, Ohio, Scott Forthofer (wife: Katherine), Bloomington, and Bradley Forthofer (wife: Abby), Portland. They also have three grandchildren.
