Brinkerhoff, 39, Fort Recovery, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in the Indiana Department of Correction (to be served consecutive to a two and a half year sentence for possession of methamphetamine), given credit for one day served and assessed court costs of $183.50. The court recommended to the BMV a 90-day license suspension.
Tyler W. Boxell, 20, Portland, leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail, all suspended, assessed court costs of $183 and placed on formal probation for six months. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license was dismissed.
Shaun M. Gourley, 34, Albany, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail with all but 28 days suspened, given 28 days credit for 14 days served, assessed court costs of $183.50 and place on formal probation for 11 months. The court recommended to the BMV a 90-day license suspension.

Taylor, 23, Fort Wayne, disorderly conduct (amended from domestic battery), a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all but four days suspended, given four days credit for two days served, assessed court costs of $183 and placed on formal probation for six months.
