Felony arrests
OWI
A Portland man was arrested today for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Anthony L. Rathbun, 48, 723 E. Race St., Portland, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony.
He was booked into Jay County Jail at 1:52 a.m. and is being held on a $3,000 bond.
