Felony arrests
Aggravated battery
A Portland man was arrested Thursday evening on three charges.
Brian Wayne Lessing, 23, 916 W. Arch St., was arrested for battery/aggravated, a Level 5 felony, resisting an officer, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
He was booked at 10:14 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $12,000 bond.
