Felony arrests
Dealing
A Pennville man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on drug-related charges. Rodney Beaty, 50, 730 N. Meridian St., was arrested for possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and dealing cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony.
He was booked at 2:13 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $13,000 bond.
Neglect
A Pennville woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon for neglect of a dependent and a drug-related charge.
Lizabeth A. Denney, 35, 730 N. Union St., was arrested for neglect of a dependant and maintaining a common nuisance, both Level 6 felonies.
She was booked at 5:03 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $4,500 bond.
Drug charges
A Pennville man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for drug-related charges.
Luke N. Hamilton, 25, 245 W. Main St., was arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of a controlled substance, both Level 6 felonies, and a bench warrant for dealing cocaine, a Level 5 felony.
He was booked at 3:52 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $19,500 bond.
Common nuisance
A Pennville woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a pair of felony charges.
Erin Erica Nemeth-McIntire, 30, 5748 N. 650 West, was arrested for neglect of a dependent and maintaining a common nuisance, both Level 6 felonies.
She was booked at 4:51 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $4,500 bond.
Bench warrants
A Dunkirk woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon on two bench warrants.
Katherine Marie Robbins, 29, 4976 S. Broad St., was arrested on a bench warrant for neglect of a dependent, a Level 5 felony, and another for maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony.
She was booked at 2:53 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $15,000 bond.
Trespassing
A Dunkirk woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon for trespassing.
Alexandra K. Bilbrey, 42, 117 W. Pleasant St., was arrested for trespassing, a Level 6 felony. She was booked at 4:24 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $20,000 bond.
