Public Notice ORDINANCE 2016-3 ORDINANCE AMENDING STOP INTERSECTIONS BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Jay County, Indiana that the Jay County Code of Ordinances, Title VII, Chapter 71, Schedule I, Stop Intersections, is amended to provide that the following intersections shall be four way stop intersections: 1. Boundary Pike at 200 S. 2. 200 S at 200 W. 3. The penalty for violation of this ordinance is set forth in Title VII, Chapter 70.99 in the Jay County Code of Ordinances.
