Bickels celebrate 50th anniversary

Donald H. and Donna M. Bickel, rural Ridgeville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Friday.

Donald Bickel and Donna Springer were wed at Sardinia Christian Church in Bryant on April 29, 1966. Perry and Connie Walker stood up with them at the ceremony.

They are the parents of two daughters, DeAnn Dixon, Winchester, and Debra Homan, Ridgeville. They have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

For the entire 50 years of marriage, they have resided outside of Ridgeville.

The couple celebrated early with a party hosted by their daughters on April 23.
