Bauer is new city reporter

Caleb Bauer has joined The Commercial Review as its new city reporter.
Bauer, 23, graduated in May from Indiana University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the College of Arts and Sciences and a certificate in journalism from the School of Journalism. He worked this summer on an investigation of the controversy surrounding the state’s logging practices conducted by Indiana University’s Media School.
Born and raised in Zionsville, Bauer enjoys reading, being outdoors, taking photographs and watching IU basketball.
Honoring athletes
Ardagh Group is partnering with Jägermeister to create a limited edition bottle.
Ardagh, which operates glass container plants in Dunkirk and Winchester, announced plans this week to commemorate this summer’s European Football Championship. The collection of 800,000 bottles will include 18 different labels with flags from each country that competed in the soccer tournament.
App unveiled
CVS this week announced the launch of CVS Pay, a mobile wallet that is part of the CVS Pharmacy app.
The app includes features involving payment, prescription pickup and the ExtraCare loyalty program and is now live in some Mid-Atlantic stores, Business Insider reported. CVS?plans to roll out the feature nationwide by the end of the year.
Customers use CVS Pay by giving the cashier a barcode or five-digit number. Once scanned, the customer can then select a payment method that has been pre-loaded into the app.
