By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed ?om the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38D01-1607-MF-000020, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America was plaintiff and Drusilla Noble, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 12th day of January, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 3rd ?oor Courthouse, 120 N. Court Street, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate
in Jay County, Indiana:
Lots 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56 in Jackson's Subdivision of Part of Lot 9 and 22 in Jackson's and Reed's South Side Addition to Portland, Indiana.
EXCEPT 60 feet off and along the entire East side thereof. ALSO the East Half of vacated street adjoining said lots on the West.
