By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38D01-1608-MF-000024, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was the Plaintiff, and Shawn K. Morningstar was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on 1/26/17 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 3rd Floor Courthouse, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 22 North, Range 13 East; thence West 272 feet along the North line of said Quarter section; thence South 224 feet on a line parallel with the East line of said quarter section; thence East 272 feet on a line parallel with the North line of said quarter section; thence North 224 feet along the East line of said quarter section to the point of
beginning, containing 1.4 acres, more or less.
