NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38D01-1607-MF-000018, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was the Plaintiff, and Tiffany L. Quate n/k/a Tiffany Lou Morgan; IMC Credit Services, LLC, assignee of IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, IU Radiology Assoc. Physicians Business Office; State of Indiana - Department of Revenue; and Machon Mullen were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on 1/26/17 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 3rd Floor Courthouse, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana:
Commencing 72 feet West of Church Street and on Converse Street in the City of Dunkirk, Indiana (Converse Street now being Lincoln Avenue) thence West 78 feet, thence Northwardly 130 feet and 3 inches to the Right-of-Way of the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway; thence East with said Right-of-Way 78 feet; thence South 130 feet and 3 inches to the place of beginning, being a part of Lots 3 and 4 in Block 7 in the Town, now City of Dunkirk, Indiana.
