Local roundup
NEW CASTLE — Wyatt Geesman provided most of the offense.
An extra two points would’ve been beneficial.

The Patriots (10-4) were behind 6-4 after a sluggish opening quarter, but outscored the Trojans 10-7 during the second period to take a 14-13 lead into the break.
But during the third quarter the slim lead vanished, and the Patriots fell behind in the fourth and weren’t able to get ahead again.
