Harvest Land is offering ag scholarships

Students who are planning to study agriculture in college can apply for $1,000 Harvest Land Co-op Scholarships.
To be eligible, students must be a high school senior who is entering a post-high school agricultural program, be involved in agriculture in their local community and live or attend school in Harvest Land Co-op’s market area.
Forms are available at http://www.harvestlandcoop.com/scholarship. They can be mailed to Harvest Land Co-op, Youth Development Committee, ATTN: Lindsay Sankey, P.O. Box 516, Richmond, IN 47375.

Farm Credit Mid-America Scholarships are also available for customers and their dependents who are college students enrolled in agriculture programs.
To apply, visit www.e-farmcredit.com, select community, then scholarships. The deadline is Feb. 29.
