Valentines celebrate 25 years
James “Mick” and Linda Valentine, Salamonia, are celebrating their 25th anniversary today.
They were married on Feb. 9, 1991, by Elder Aaron Williams.
Mick retired from Portland Forge in 2007 after 42 years of service and Linda retired from the Jay County Welfare Department in 2008 after 24 years.
They are the parents of four children, Larry Hummer (wife: Pam), Leo, Rob Hummer, Fort Wayne, Rich Hummer (wife: Miranda), Salamonia, and Dana Allen (husband: LaMonte), Merced, California. They also have eight surviving grandchildren.
