NOTE CHANGE FOR STITCH ‘N CHATTER QUILT CLUB — The 9:30 a.m. work session on Thursday has been canceled and will be rescheduled. The 1 p.m. regular meeting will be held at the Jay County Historical Society Museum, 903 E. Main St., Portland. New members are welcome.
