Drug charges
Drug Task Force made two arrests Wednesday afternoon on bench warrants served out of Jay Circuit Court.
Travis J. Borgerding, 27, 786 W. Seventh St., Portland, was arrested for dealing in a narcotic drug heroin, a Level 4 felony, and dealing in a narcotic drug heroin, a Level 5 felony. He is on probation for a prior dealing charge in Jay County.
Tonya L. Hill, 25, same address, was arrested for dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 4 felony, two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug heroin, both Level 4 felonies, and dealing in a narcotic drug heroin, a Level 5 felony. She has a pending charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Borgerding was booked at 12:39 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $25,000 bond.
Hill was booked at 12:57 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $40,000 bond.
