THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED CONTAINS 0.765 ACRE, SUBJECT TO ALL VISIBLE AND/OR RECORDED ROADWAYS, EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, CONDITIONS AND COVENANTS. Commonly known as: 807 Chicago Ave., Portland, IN 47371 That the existence and whereabouts of said Defendants are unknown and personal service on said Defendants therefore is not practicable, and they have not voluntarily appeared in this action, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants, the Heirs and Devisees of William Barlow, Deceased, and Reba I. Barlow, Deceased, and Associated Financial Services Company of Indiana, are hereby directed to appear, plead, answer or otherwise move with respect to the Complaint herein, on or before 21 days from the last date of publication, or be in default thereof and this Court will thereafter proceed in adjudication of this suit; and it is further ORDERED that this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Jay County, Indiana, once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, beginning no later than 28 days from the date of this Order.
