Chapman, 38, Portland, disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended, given two days credit for one day served, fined $10, assessed court costs of $183 and placed on informal probation for six months. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury was dismissed.
Phillip A. Pavey, 33, Portland, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to 30 days in Jay County Jail, given two days credit for one day served and assessed court costs of $183.50. The court recommended to the BMV a 90-day license suspension.
Raven S. Myers, 18, Portland, theft, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to six months in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended, given two days credit for one day served, assessed court costs of $183 and placed on formal probation for one year.
Andrew W. Ashley, 52, Portland, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended, given two days credit for one day served, assessed court costs of $183.50, ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200 and a substance abuse program fee of $400 and placed on formal probation for one year. The court recommended to the BMV an 90-day license suspension. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
Heather R. Louck failed a drug test, violating the terms of her probation imposed July 23, 2015, after convictions of possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. She was sentenced to serve another 138 days of her sentence. The time has already been served.
